Broker Submission Basic Procedure

Welcome! And thank you for your interest. CFG is pleased to work with brokers that do not have an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau and/or other agencies, and are registered with CFG, and brokers that have an established and satisfactory relationship with CFG.

If you are not registered with CFG, and if you have completed the BROKER SUBMISSION FORM in detail, you will be automatically registered when submitting your proposal. However, Brokers should always use the BROKER SUBMISSION FORM when submitting proposals, even if broker had previously registered with CFG.

Because of the high volume of requests, CFG will only respond to proposals that are accepted for further consideration. If you do not receive an email response within 24 hours, it means that this particular proposal was not accepted for further consideration, but please feel free to submit future proposals. If CFG considers your proposal further:

1. You will be contacted via email and asked to have the Borrower contact CFG via telephone to provide a brief summary of the deal.

2. If after the telephone conversation with Borrower, CFG accepts the proposal for further consideration, you will be notified by email.

3. CFG will deal directly with Borrower from that point on, but may request the assistance of Broker from time to time.

4. CFG will not be obligated to pay the Broker unless there is an existing written fee agreement between Broker and Borrower for the particular transaction ("Fee Agreement") and the transaction is closed by CFG or a CFG assignee. Broker fee under the Fee Agreement shall not exceed one (1%) percent.

5. CFG will protect the Broker fee, and shall pay Broker at closing as per the terms of the Fee Agreement. Broker shall not be entitled to collect any other fees outside the Fee mentioned in the Fee Agreement.

6. Other terms and conditions may apply for each particular transaction. All Fee Agreements shall be in writing, signed by Broker and Borrower, and approved in writing by CFG.

7. Information submitted to CFG is for the sole purpose of assisting CFG with its initial screening process, and in no way implies a commitment or obligation on the part of CFG to consider your request or proposal. No oral representation is ever made. CFG is not obligated to work with any Broker or any Broker proposal or referral. CFG may conduct a background check of the Broker with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies from time to time, and at CFG's sole discretion, terminate the relationship with any Broker, Broker proposal or referral at any time without notice.
